Terms of Service

Effective date: 2 September 2026

1. Purpose

MTOS LIVE GATE is a personal-use operational component of the MTOS trading operating system. It automates a fixed-time, fail-closed R1.30 market-gate workflow for the operator.

2. No brokerage or trading execution authority

MTOS LIVE GATE is not a broker, investment adviser, or order-execution service. A PASS result is not an instruction to trade. The service does not independently authorize, place, modify, or cancel broker orders. MTOS broker and risk controls remain separate and authoritative.

3. OAuth authorization

The operator authorizes a dedicated Google OAuth client so the Windows runner can invoke the deployed Apps Script project. The project-level OAuth scopes and their purposes are described in the Privacy Policy. Authorization may be revoked at any time through Google Account security controls.

4. Fail-closed operation

The workflow is designed to stop safely when timing, credential, readiness, market-data, or durable-evidence requirements are not satisfied. A missed or ambiguous boundary is not automatically retried. Historical or duplicate execution must not be treated as a substitute for the required current-session boundary.

5. No guarantee

The service may experience errors, delays, unavailable dependencies, clock or network issues, or incomplete data. No representation is made that Live Gate will be continuously available or that any result guarantees a financial outcome.

6. Acceptable use

The service must not be used to bypass security controls, Google authorization requirements, MTOS safety gates, broker safeguards, or applicable law. The operator must maintain lawful authority to access the connected Google and broker data.

7. Privacy

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes and termination

Features, safety controls, OAuth scopes, or these terms may be updated as the MTOS system evolves. Access may be suspended or terminated when necessary for security, compliance, or safe operation.
